SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email or SMS within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Badminton World Balcatta is located at:
4 Halley Road, Balcatta 6021, Western Australia.
Orders can be picked up daily, from 12noon - 10pm Weekdays and 9am to 10pm on Weekends. An email or SMS will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
A Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies for all orders under $100. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using Sendle with the standard delivery time being is 2 - 9 days. On some occasions Australia Post will be used to ship to Regional locations to speed up standard delivery times to 2 - 5 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders below $100 we offer a $15 flat rate shipping within Australia
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A flat fee of $15 will be charged at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary from 6 to 27 days for international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Badminton World Balcatta is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount. The cost of returning the item is the cost of the customer unless there was a mistake on Badminton World Balcatta’s part eg Wrong size dispatched etc then the cost of postage will be refunded back to the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at baddy4lifebalcatta@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
